A ninth floor overlooking Montjuic

As soon as we entered this property of almost 100 m2, located on the ninth floor of a building located in the heart of Barcelona’s Eixample, we knew it offered many opportunities, but it was going to need serious work to really highlight its entirety, since each space had a lot of natural light, with beautiful views of the Montjuic Palace being a great bonus.

The distribution was somewhat special – but in our decorative project we chose to collapse a wall and remove a small, unnecessary, and poorly located sink. The meters gained went to improving the kitchen that would turn out to be spectacular.

We improved the living room by removing one of the two doors that led to the kitchen. This way, we gained another wall that served us as the backdrop for a nice corner with a large sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, and so on.

We brought warmth utilizing a wallpaper with floral motifs, achieving a fresh and natural atmosphere. Such details, including plants and accessory texture changes gave life to the inanimate, letting it breathe on its own.

The finished virtual realism renderings showed a beautiful living room with the ideal distribution. Also, a master bedroom with a modern atmosphere punctuated with retro details. Through the renders, we managed to show a place to live and enjoy, the same way we all enjoyed this property located on Comte d’Urgell street through its every detail.
