The owner of this spectacular house from the 1950s in the bohemian Coconut Grove area of Miami contacted us to make a decoration project, hoping to rent it. We never imagined we could do it without being in the same city, in the same country, and not even on the same continent.

Together with him, we designed the strategy to bring light to the kitchen and bathrooms, furnish a living room with double height ceilings, and harmonize the interior of the property with the lush vegetation surrounding it.

We achieved the goal with excellent results through concerted teamwork. We opened the spaces, unifying the kitchen with the living room. We modernized the bathrooms using bright and shiny colours in combination with lively materials such as wood and natural quartz, glazed showers, and rustic wood-effect ceramic floors.

The final result: a perfect communion between a house with straight lines, the nature surrounding it, and a cozy interior full of light and colour, definitely increasing the rental value of this property.
