Next door to Sagrada Familia

This space was ideal and well located in the Eixample district of Barcelona, very close to the astounding temple of La Sagrada Familia.

A completely empty floor where our voices echoed. The house begged for more warmth because the bare walls and the desolate floor in the wide space conveyed a cold, austere sensation.

The living/dining room was spacious and open, allowing us, through the distribution of furniture, to separate it into four nicely defined areas: a living area, a reading area, a dining room and a study area.

A red wall in the living room was the protagonist for us, so we decided to place the table for four people in an informal, modern way and with red details to match it. A black and white painting in the center of the wall caught the attention of all visitors. From this point, we decided that the range of colors, the decorative details, and the brushstrokes in tones that broke with the chromatic monotony would be in red and related tones.

The rugs, plaids, cushions, and flowers filled this beautiful property with warmth, helping us turn it into a flat where you can live in a comfortable, pleasant, and highly functional way.
