The entrance to the building welcomed us with a large staircase open to both sides, beautiful columns that supported it and a chequered floor that put the icing on the cake. The most surprising thing was the absolute silence upon entering the apartment. A real luxury, because living in the center of a city like Barcelona and enjoying the silence offered by the interior of the block is immense added value.
The apartment was large, well distributed, with lots of natural light and a gallery with a a spectacular view, as the terraces of the neighbourhood had exquisite decoration with large plants and trees, garden furniture and small fountains.
It was easy to beautify the house with neutral textiles as a base and notes of colour as a counterpoint to brighten up the rooms and the living room. In the latter, a plasterboard cabinet with uneven compartments occupied an entire wall. We decorated it in a simple way with details in beige, white and gold. In the kitchen, dominated by white with blue brushstrokes on the floor, we placed fresh elements such as a loaf of bread cut into slices on a wooden board and, next to it, a freshly squeezed lemonade with tender lemon slices.
We create such and many similar details to convey emotions to customers and sustain good feelings focused on a possible life there, projected in their minds.
